El Rey Taco Grill was started in 2015 when the culmination of hard work and a dream merged. Our founder Mr. Cienfuegos worked hard for many years in the back of kitchens learning the ins and outs from dishwasher to waiting tables. Since a young age, Mr. Cienfuegos has a passion for business, and after years of apprenticeship, he took a leap of faith and opened our First location in Fontana, Ca. A city densely populated by many restaurants. However, our commitment to providing authentic Mexican Food that is rooted in Family traditions and recipes have proven to validate our place in the restaurant industry for the last four (4) years and counting. We hope to keep serving you for many more years to come.
